Reporting Graphic with Typo

I recently licensed an image and then realized that its unusable due to a typo in the graphic. It should be removed from the library, and I would like that credit back.

I understand that it must be impossible to police every image loaded. How hard would it be to have a button on the listing page to return and report defective work?
