Reporting: Vector Images are just sliced JPEG in .ai files

These are all sliced JPGs groupped and embedded inside a .ai file posing as vector files.  They are pixelated.  Big files can resize, but not vector files.  

I suspect more of the same from the same author.  I really like the designs and I want to use them, but at least these three are NOT vectors, which are what I need
