I have activated adobe stock promotion ( 10 free file monthly) on 7 september  2018.

I'm sure that I was canceled the montly plan , the automatic payment and monthly renewal

Today I received the notification from adobestock, they say  I miss the payment (€ 36,59) of this month ( October).

This is the screenshot about that.

I don't want to pay a service that i don't need and i already canceled the monthly renewal.

I need to cancel the plan of adobe stock ASAP.

Please let me know something .

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 07 Sep 2018. When you subscribe to the Adobe stock promo offer, the first month is a free trial, Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month.
