Request for refund after late verification of teacher status
Hello,
I am a teacher and I have an Adobe Education subscription. Unfortunately, I forgot to verify my teacher status in time, and as a result I was charged the regular (higher) price for the past two months.
I was eligible for the education discount during this entire period, and I have now successfully verified my status as a teacher. I would like to ask if it is possible to request a refund or account credit for the overcharged months. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, or can an Adobe representative please advise on how to proceed? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
