Request for Refund and Resolution of Billing Issues

Dear Adobe Message Board Admin,

 

I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent issues with my account. I accidentally activated the yearly stock plan at some point and have now just had to pay the annual cancellation fee, which I did not intend to incur. I only ever intended to pay for one month of service. 

 

Additionally, I have been billed multiple times beyond the first month, which is quite frustrating. Given these circumstances, I would like to request a full refund for the charges after the first month, as well as the cancellation fee. This has cost me hundreds of dollars for services I did not intend to have, or have not utlized. 

 

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope to resolve it soon.

Hi @David35389630xxyq - you signed up for an annual commitment plan, which means you’re committed for a year but billed monthly. Plans that do not indicate an annual commitment can be canceled anytime without penalty. Plans that offer a 30-day free trial require cancellation within the first 30 days to avoid being locked into the annual subscription.

I did not intend for a yearly commitment. If I did do a yearly commitment
it was by a mistake, I cannot afford the rates of these and the lack of
information I was able to find out when signing up made it confusing for
me. If you could kindly refund me the difference of the rates for yearly
and the first month that would be greatly appreciated.
I have been using Adobe products for around 13 years through various
businesses.
