Hello,

I'm writing to request a refund of amounts deducted from my account on June 16th & July 2nd. I cancelled the free version on June 8th, but a deduction still came through on the above dates.

This looks to me like 2 different subscriptions. Per subscription, there is only one payment per month.

 

Check your account at https://account.adobe.com/plans to see what plans you have. 

 

When you cancelled, you got an e-mail confirming that cancel. With that e-mail in your hands, you can contact Adobe customer care for a solution of this.
