Request refund for template?

I bought a template by TemplatesForest for Adobe Stock but it has so many formatting issues that I just cannot take the time to fix. How do I request a refund if there isn't any contact or refund information?

Hello @peanuts800, sorry for the problem with the template. I've provided details below to request a refund as I don't have the ability to refund this type of license.

For a refund:
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.
