Request to Cancel Adobe Stock Subscription and Refund Unauthorized Charges

I am facing an issue with my Adobe subscription and would appreciate your assistance:
Background:
- I tried Photoshop in October 2024 during the trial period and canceled the trial immediately.
- However, I was never notified about an Adobe Stock trial or subscription.
Problem:
- I noticed charges in November but missed the 14-day cancellation window as I was unaware of the subscription.
- Now, I am being asked to pay €178 to cancel the subscription, which feels very unfair since I never intentionally subscribed to or used Adobe Stock.
Request:
I kindly request the following:- Free cancellation of the Adobe Stock subscription
- A full refund for November and December charges
Any guidance or help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
