Require help cancelling Adobe Stock plan

Hello, I signed up for the Adobe Stock plan to test out the 1 month trial. I tried to cancel yesterday which was at the end of the first month for the risk free cancellation within the first month but could not find any option to cancel.

Could any staff here please help me cancel the plan on my account please.

    Hi Sonny,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling the Adobe Stock subscription.

    I have checked your account details under the Adobe ID shared in the forums and noticed that you had signed up for the Adobe Stock subscription on 12th October 2018. The subscription has been suspended due to payment issues and that is the reason you are unable to self- cancel your subscription.
