Hi,

I bought a photo but the resolution expressed 6000x4000 does not correspond to the reality 2.6mp about, moreover the second time that the downloaded, the same image, has a resolution of 3.2mp as I do to have it with an acceptable resolution? at least 8 / 10mp?

    How are you downloading the file? I downloaded it to my desktop and opened it in Photoshop.
