Salve, 

Ho disdetto il mio abbonamento prima del finire della prova gratuita, ma comunque mi sono stati adebitati 36,59€. Potrei richiedere il rimborso dato che ancora non sono passati 14 giorni? Tengo a precisare che ho già annullato il piano. Grazie della risposta.

If the subscription has been cancelled, refund should happen automatically if cancelled at time. As you, however, experienced some difficulties, I would suggest that for being sure that all is correct, that you contact customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
