Rimborso per cancellazione nel periodo di prova

Buongiorno

Tre ore dopo il vostro messaggio in cui confermavate l'annullamento durante il periodo di prova gratuito, ho ricevuto un addebito di Eur 65.54 sulla mia carta di credito.[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

Vi chiedo di rimborsarmi integralmente questo importo addebitato per errore.

The cancellation and the credit card charge have probably crossed each other. I would guess that you cancelled a day to late for the charge not to get initiated. Cancellations during the first 14 days of your paid subscription will trigger an automatic refund. The refund can take, however, up to a week. Normally it's done in one or two business days. So, you could expect the refund to happen on Monday or Thursday.
