As a license user of adobe, can I use the royalty free audios when producing my own music?
Like getting the beats and all then just put voice or lyrics in it.

As a licensee of Adobe means what? Adobe is a company selling a lot of products.

You need to check the licensing terms, bur your request is quite unusual. If you put lyrics on the music, I would guess, that the underlying music is the primary value of the product. And you are not allowed to make a remixing. My guess is: no, that is not allowed. https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms#audioLicenses

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
