When I search in Adobe stock, when the country code after com changes, the search results change accordingly.
For example
https://stock.adobe.com/tr/search?k=Yildiz+Palace
When there is only one outcome,
https://stock.adobe.com/uk/search?k=Yildiz+Palace
and you get three pages of results.
That's not a bug, that's a feature. As you are located in Turkey, you get presented the assets that are available in your country for licensing. When you are selecting the UK, you get presented with all the database, but you can't licence all the assets, except if you are located in the UK.
The system is designed like that, and you should avoid changing your country when you are looking for an asset, as it may well be, that you download the preview, do your work and later find out that you can't licence the full size asset, because it's not available in your country.
