Hello!
I recently purchased Premiere Pro and I have one question regarding how to pay for it. I looked at the prices of Adobe Stock and found that it would cost about $30. Is this price only for Adobe Stock or the system calculated this price with my Premiere Pro's plan?

As you have surmised, Premiere Pro does not include the Adobe Stock subscription. You would need to sign up for  2 separate subscriptions for these 2 products, and they are not linked. Therefore, if you decide after a year that don't need either of these subscriptions, you would be able to cancel one without affecting the other.

Thank you for your reply, could you please answer one more question if I am not bothering you. Is Adobe Stock included with "Creative Cloud All Apps"?

No it's not. To the best of my knowledge Adobe Stock is always an add-on subscription. This page shows all the apps included in CC All Apps, and Adobe Stock is not listed:
