Several licenses have been bought from my account that I did not approve

I was looking trough my license history of Adobe Stock and I noticed several licenses bought that were not done by me. Unlike the licenses I bought there are also no users attached to these licenses. Is this a case of someone else using my account? or what could this be?

You are using a Teams or an Enterprise account, and one of your peers has licenced those assets. Check with a plan administrator.
