Sin cuota en Adobe Stock

Tengo una cuenta de Creative Cloud que incluye el uso de Adobe Stock. Al accesar el servicio me informa que mi plan no tiene cuota disponible. Ya hemos reseteado la cuenta. Mi administrador ya aplico el mismo procedimiento, pero sigo sin cuota. Hace algunas semanas todavia funcionaba sin problema el servicio para mi.

Is it the same for other members of your team, or is the issue only for you? Check with a different computer, to see if the issue is tied to the machine. If you can't solve, ask the admin to contact Adobe support via the admin console.

Sucede únicamente conmigo. Los demás miembros del equipo no tienen problema. Ya probamos en una compitadora diferente y tenemos el mismo resultado. El administrador ya contacto a Adobe y no se recuelve el problema. Gracias por responder!

They should continue working on this. 

 

Every so often, your account gets crooked, and you will need a reset of your (Windows!) account. That's a mess because any of your settings and preferences for all of your programs will reset to 0. But, it may be worth trying. 

There may also be an add-on in your browser that you use, but your colleagues don't, that may interfere.
