Es geht nicht um meine Steuerbefreiung. Meine Steuer-ID ist hinterlegt. 
Es geht um die Künstlersozialkasse, muss ich an die Künstlersozialkasse Beiträge zahlen oder nicht?

Your question is unclear. You have to file a valid tax form for the country in which you're located. Whether or not your earnings from Adobe Stock are taxable is dependent on the country in which you're located. This is not the place to get tax advice.
