Сколько раз нужно заполнять налоговую декларацию на микростоке Фотолия

Каждый раз, когда я загружаю на Фотолию свои работы, мне приходить уведомление:

Но я уже 2 раза заполняла налоговую декларацию! Неужели её нужно заполнять каждый раз, при каждой новой загрузке своей работы?!

Подскажите пожалуйста, кто знает!

The tax forms you have submitted have been refused for some reason. I do not have the information as to why. You may want to consult with a local tax advisor for assistance in completing the form. To answer your question, no you do not need to fill out a new tax form every time you submit. You just need one validated tax form every 3 years.
