some MOGRTs from Adobe Stock are not opening in Premiere Pro nor are they even showing up in section

Today I Licensed and downloaded 6 MOGRTs from Adobe Stock. 5 were MOGRT transitions and 1 was a MOGRT effect. For whatever reason, 2 of these MOGRT transitions from Adobe stock are not allowing me to open them in Premiere Pro even though they are Premiere Pro MOGRTs. Beyond that, those same 2 MOGRTs don't show up in my Stock Library. Going back to the assets individually in the video template search does show that the assets are in fact Licensed. So I'm not sure why I'm having a problem here, especially since this is all through Adobe and not using any other 3rd parties.

Attached is a screenshot of my recent license history showing the 6 MOGRTs that I licensed today. A screenshot of each of the 2 MOGRT transitions that are not showing up in Premiere. A screenshot of my stock footage library with the 4 new licenses, but missing the 2 MOGRTs in question. Lastly, a photo of my Graphics Templates window with the Manage Additional Folder section checked to show my downloaded Stock footage and the only footage there is 4 licenses when there should be 6. How can I get these 2 MOGRTs recognized by the adobe system when they came from there in the first place?

Sidenote: When I downloaded the 6 assets today, the 4 that worked fine downloaded as single files. The 2 that aren't working were downloaded as zipped folders, which I DID extract and searched for through Premiere, but Premiere still won't recognize them after unzipping.

Hi @Zen Ren,

I can answer part of your question, it looks like the two that are not showing up are not mogrts, but Premiere Pro project templates:

https://stock.adobe.com/templates/camera-seamless-transitions/622740619

https://stock.adobe.com/templates/brush-transitions/839353629

You can import the Premiere templates and use them as you would a regular transition template.
