Souscription automatique adobe stock

Bonjour,

En novembre dernier j'ai souscrit la formule étudiante à adobe créative et automatiquement j'ai été souscrit à adobe stock alors que j'en ai pas l'utilité. J'ai remarqué que j'ai été prélever de 35€99 le mois dernier. Comment me faire rembourser pour un service non demandé ? Et également ne plus être souscrit à cette offre.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

 

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
