Standard License + Extended License

Hi,

If I buy a Standard License and use part of this image for say a T-Shirt design and I advertise it and sales then start coming in, can I then buy the Extended License.

I ask this as it would be very expensive to buy the Extended License and then run ads to sell and if the design does not sell, I will blow a ton of money.
