Still getting charged after plan cancellation

Hi, a few weeks ago i sign up for a free trial in Adobe Stock. At the same day i cancelled it, but at 31. of October i got charged 36,29 euro. I wanted to try cancel it again but on my account is written that i dont have any plan and that i did not pay anything. Thanks for help.

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com
