Stock Credits Disappeared ?

Adobe has done recent changes to Adobe Stock and with that I lost all my stock credits which was above 80, can I please get them back.

    Hi Christopher,

    I checked your account details and I could see that you had 80 licenses left in your account which expired on 5/13/2017.

    These credits were valid only for a year.

    I honestly wasn't informed they were only for a year; I was informed they were unlimited, unlimited atleast for a few years.  I have projects that I've begun that depend on the credits. I should have received a notification; if that was the case for a year.  Whom can I speak to reclaim those credits ?
