Hello
I have 100 stock credits. My payment was declined for some reason, and I can't download anything even though I have credits.
Why?

Hi @Janleah , I am sorry that you are facing this issue. Can you share what error you were seeing when you tried to download? I could see that you payment went through this time and account still shows 100 credits . Could you please try once again and see if you can download works now ? Thanks.
