Stock credits not available in Brazil?

Hi,

We should have access to 10 pictures a month with our cloud subscription but when we want to download the picture, it seems that is not possible in Brazil eventhough there is a big banner in Portuguese stating that we have acess to 10 a month.

could you please let us know how to have acess to those pictures?

    Hi Anne,

    Creative cloud subscription entitles you to have access to different Adobe products that you can download and use but Adobe Stock is not linked to the cloud subscription you have or for which you are currently paying.

    "Receive 10 free Adobe Stock images" banner on stock site would entitle a user once they sign up to have 10 free stock images for first month only and post that, there would be monthly charges for that subscription in which each month you'll receive 10 images for a specific price.
