I just downloaded a number of jpg files without any problem, however, suddenly download stoped and it say photo is licenced. When I click again on the photos again it says the download will start soon, however, that do not happened.

The files you are downloading can be quite large. Can you please clear your browser history, close and restart your browser then try again? Let us know if that doesn't resolve your issue.
