Hi there!

I am student in my junior year of Visual Communications. I needed some stock photos to use for my mockup assignments. However, I cannot purchase the Adobe Stock subscription at the moment because of financial hardships. Is there any plans available for students?

No, not so far as I know. The photographers may not like the idea of even larger discounts, either. But there is no need to spend money for pictures for student assignments. In your situation I suggest you seek out images (and there are millions of them) under the Creative Commons license.
