Stock gone!

Hi guys  - just wondering  - I cannot contact anyone in support so im posting here.

Yesterday in our account I had over 1000 images available still to licence to my account. I logged in this morning and there is only 300 -  I have no idea where all my images are gone.

Any ideas ?

    Hi Bev, so to confirm we still have access to the remaining 350 ( approx ) images until the 2nd November

    Yes, you currently have 307 licenses that can be used before the expiry date.

    Hi there

    With the 750 images/month plan, any unused images do not roll over to the next month.  In your case, the 750 image/month plan expired on 20th October and was not renewed.

    Also, if you cancel a plan you lose access to any unused images.

    Hi Beverley,

    Thank you for the response. There must be an error as I received an email after cancelling our subscription saying the final access date to download was the 2nd November ?
