Stock gone!

Question

Hi guys - just wondering - I cannot contact anyone in support so im posting here.

Yesterday in our account I had over 1000 images available still to licence to my account. I logged in this morning and there is only 300 - I have no idea where all my images are gone.

Any ideas ?

Hi Bev, so to confirm we still have access to the remaining 350 ( approx ) images until the 2nd November

Yes, you currently have 307 licenses that can be used before the expiry date.

Hi thereWith the 750 images/month plan, any unused images do not roll over to the next month. In your case, the 750 image/month plan expired on 20th October and was not renewed.Also, if you cancel a plan you lose access to any unused images.More information in the FAQ - Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock ThanksBev
