Stock Image Download Error

Question

Hello

I am getting this error when trying to purchase an image: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.

I've bought a credit pack, which I have not used yet, so there should be more than enough credit to cover this purchase.

I've looked at other threads with the same error, and cannot find a solution.

I'd appreciate any assistance!

This error can occur for a number of different reasons. Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, for assistance. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode. Declining any Adobe Cookies may affect the presence of the chat feature.
