hello, I am not a stock member and have not used it, but a membership fee is required. I want to cancel the membership and end the transactions. I purchased Creative Cloud services. I have no affiliation with stock. Tank for help
I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com once you sign in with the associated account.
It appears to me that you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription. I suppose you took the stock subscription together with your creative cloud subscription, not seeing that it is an add-on to your current subscription. If you have a teams/Enterprise subscription, use the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support) to contact Adobe customer care. You need to be a plan administrator to do so.
