There is no route to change your stock plan to a Photoshop plan. You will need to cancel the stock plan and take a Photoshop plan. By cancelling your stock plan, you will lose unused credits and there is no possibility to change that. You will need to licence assets that you may need in advance, and then cancel. You will also need to cancel your stock plan the last month of your subscription, to avoid early cancellation fee, however, you may be able to negotiate this fee by contacting Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

If you cancel the plan you lose the assets immediately. Spend and download first. Most people don't use all their assets I imagine. If you keep the plan running assets expire after 12 months. Photoshop isn't seen as an alternative to Stock by Adobe, there isn't a conversion.
