Stock images - Rollover up to 120 unused licenses

I have been paid for every month since 2018, but I haven't recieved no more credits because of 120 unused licenses. Does it mean that I was paying for nothing?

If I CHAMGE the plan from monthly to credit pack plan, would I loose my current 120 credits?

Almost certainly. Credits last one year, but only so long as you keep the plan. You need to spend the credits in that year.

If you have a 10 assets per month subscription, you get a maximum rollover of 120 assets (one year's worth of assets). If you do not need them, or take them, you will lose 10 unused asset points each month. When you cancel, you will lose the remaining unused asset credits.

 

If you have a low stock assets need, you should consider credit packs. They also expire after one year, but do not necessitate a subscription. In addition, you can also acquire premium assets and/or video assets with the credit packs.
