Hi, i did an edit in Premiere with 40 HD stock images. Now i want to buy, but the 'LICENCE' is grayed out in Premiere. I have credits, my account is open and i run the latest version of Premiere. I work on a older Imac with OS 10.15 I need to 'reconnect'-because i did a lot of FX on each clip. Thank you.

Are you able to license the file directly from the Adobe Stock website? I wonder if the asset is still available for licensing.

Not all clips, i have to find 5-6 replacements. The rest is still there. Think i will do a manual job and try to replace. Thx 4 your time!

What are the Premiere colleagues saying? Did you ask this question also in the Premiere forum?

I suppose that you have tried out the usual remedies: sign out/in, reboot…

I get no reply from PR colleagues..Yes i tried all that. Did a upgrade to Monterey OS and the latest Pr version. And yes-some assets are moved to Shutterstock, but the clips that are available, won't licence. I called the helpcentre from Shutterstock to see if they can help me with the 'missing' files...his answer: i never heard of Adobe....OK
