Extrememly confusing. I have a monthly subscription, with the first month about to end. When i click on photos that interest me, it says to BUY licence, i don't get it. Surely with my monthly membership fee, i can download these images? What's the point of having a membership, if i have to pay to download stuff???

Correct answer WendellaBee

I can see that you've used up all of your monthly quota. So anything that you attempt to license will ask for payment until your quota renews again.

I seeee, the bit that mentions "10 assets"? Wish AS would just make things really clear.  I've probably downloaded 10 things yeah, and next month along with my membership...lol how many "assets" can I download then? God knows where all this info is located.

If you are paying for 10 assets a month, you can license (download) 10 standard images a month. If you will need more you can choose more expensive subscriptions to get more each month.

If you didn't read this already you should know: any unused assets are carried forward for up to 12 months, then disappear. So you could download none at all in one month and 20 the next month. But if you don't buy any at all, then after a year its too late to use them. Also, if you cancel, any unused assets are gone - you keep only those you already downloaded.

What plan do you have? Plans have a monthly limit, and not all images are included. What is the asset id? Plans do not include premium assets.

You see your available plan credits, when you navigate to https://stock.adobe.com, and click your avatar (you need to be logged-in).

Im not sure you are in the correct forum. We are image contributors. What kind of subscription are you talking about?
