Stock photo usage for chat bots

We're setting up a few chat bots for our website and would like to model them after "real" people, however, they'll be fictional people. I understand I can use generative images for the agents, but find they're not realistic enough.

What's a best practice for leveraging model stock photos for fictional people? Here are the images I'm interested in using:
