Stock photos not free even though included in subscription

Hello,

I have a subscription for all apps running. On the monthly invoices it says that 10 stock photos are included. However when I try to download any stock photo, it always takes me to the payment page. Why is this so?

Stock subscription is in addition to your all apps subscription. You can however download assets from the free collection.
