Stock photos not high enough resolution . . .

Hi.  I purchased a stock photo - the largest size - hoping that it would be sufficient to place on a large canvas print approximately 4 feet by 4 feet.  The resolution is not high enough.  How can I gain access to a higher resolution image?  Thank you

Hi Erza,

We generally have the Preview of the image which is a low resolution but since you have mentioned that you had purchased the image that means you have licensed the image which should give you the high-resolution image.

You can also refer to the size of the image mentioned just below the image itself which gives you the idea.

Please also see The Premium Collection | Adobe Stock which gives you the access to a diverse showcase of images, directly within the Creative Cloud applications they already use.

Let me know if that helps!

Sheena
