Stock subscription bate and switch

Adobe stock has a free trial.  You have the option to continue paying monthly after the trial ends.  What they don't tell you (I've enclosed the screens below) is that they sign you up for an annual subscription.  If you try to cancel after that, you have to pay a termination fee.  

How do I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

I've never seen anything like this before with any other company.   I've been using Adobe products for over 30 years.
