Stock template border/background colour

Even though I have selected a new backgound/border colour and it is shown on the essential graphics panel in colour controls, that orange backgorund colour is still there... is there a technical issue?

Hi! I'm having the same issue. Disappointing, as my project deadline is tomorrow and I used one of my last monthly credits on this thing :\.

    Hello @colleenw95511346, I've verified the issue and granted you a replacement license. Background and text color updates both failed to apply in my tests in the latest version of Premiere Pro. I'll send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

      That also means, that unfortunately, you need to choose a different asset for whatever you wanted to do.

      You should give the asset ID, not the complete portfolio of the contributor. As I understand, you are trying to integrate a MOGRT file from this contributor into one of your projects?

      Hi... Yes, imported into project, video clips added. Changed BG colour in essential graphics panel - does not change on template. (see still attached above).

      I can confirm that. This may be a bug in the MOGRT, to be confirmed by @Contributor1.

       

      Maybe @Ann Bens knows more about this, if there is a trick to “unlock” the background.
