Stock Vectors are Not Vectors

Question

I licensed 2 files (196421993 and 93094041) to find that these images were only partially vector.   Can I get a refund on both of these?

Hi Russ,I've got both the files checked.The file# 196421993 is not a vector of good quality and therefore I'll be adding 1 license for the same to your account. But for file# 93094041 it is already mentioned on the website that it is a JPEG and not vector so I'm sorry we not help you with that download.Let me know if that helps!Regards,Sheena
