Strange Image on Adobe stock

I found an image I really like. I downloaded it hoping the whole text would disappear or be a layer that I can remove so I only have the rocket. 

So here is my question: why is there an image that I cannot use because it already looks like a whole website or is there a way to only download the rocket that I just can't find. Maybe the creator @o_du_wan can comment whats his idea behind this picture.
