I started the free 7 days trials. And I have already cancel my subscription immidiately.

 

Why have I still been chargd after one week ?

You will need to address your question directly to Adobe customer service. The participants in this forum are primarily other Adobe users, and we have no ability to view your account status.

If I can find someone to query, then I wouldn't post here.

The website design is terrible.

I can't find customer service.
