Subscription about Abobe Stock that I never bought

Hello all,

On 8th of May 2024 I started free trial for Abobe Photoshop, and cancelled it on 12th of May 2024. However, I now realize that I have been paying for Adobe Stock for 3 months that I never saw on my screen to buy it or I never clicked a button to order that app. I want to cancel it now but it requires an amount for early cancellation as well. I want a refund for my payments, and free cancellation.

This situation is just a simple trick to force me to pay.

Please help.

I checked your account and I can confirm that on 8th of May you've subscribed to Photoshop + Adobe Stock free trial. Adobe will always send a confirmation email when customers purchase their subscription with the free trial details.

Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and explain that you have not used any of the paid quota of your subscription. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode. Declining any Adobe Cookies may affect the presence of the chat feature.
