subscription and refund

Please!

I made the mistake to put my card in the adobe stock, cause its said to me that ill get 10 free presets. I didn't thought of making a subsription or anything. I ended up with 30euro charged from my bank account. I didn't want to use it and for real i didn't know that i need to remove my card.

Please make something, atleast because i'm a student with loans! I guarantee you in future i will buy subsription, but now that was mistake!
