Subscription Issues

I have a yearly subscription paid monthly to Adobe. If I do not want to continue the subscription in 2023 when should I cancel to avoid cancellation fees? Is there a deadline on cancellations? How do I cancel?

I have tried contacting Abobe today without success. I am a bit fed up wasting my time.

You can cancel without fee during the last month of your subscription. The deadline is obviously the last day of your subscription (to be precise, the last minute, as renewal is timed on the exact time you took the subscription).

 

You can cancel, however, anytime, by paying a cancellation fee of half of the remaining due.

 

By cancelling, you will lose access to unused credits after the subscription ends, so be sure to have used all credits for any asset you still want to licence.
