Surprising License

When you took your student plan, you also ticked the “Add a 30-day free trial of Adobe Stock**” button.

This is a great addition to your CC all apps plan, but as the terms, you didn't read, state, the trial needs to be cancelled, or it turns into an annual subscription of Adobe Stock.

As a student (and generally, everyone) you really should monitor your credit card charges. You would have seen the charge immediately and could have cancelled free of charge. Furthermore, when taking a subscription, you should read what you sign up. Adobe e-mails you all conditions connected to your plan.

I would check with Adobe customer care what can be done for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
