Do standard licenses cover the use of adobe stock t-shirt templates for presenting designs to clients prior to printing?

Please read the licensing terms. For a template, you could use the watermarked preview. That's why it's there. To show your customer what it looks like.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong.
