Takes too long to download a photo

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to download a photo I just bought the license.

That's when I can actually download it. Most of the time it simply will take so much time that the download will show an error message.

What's going on?

What happens if you try to connect on a different network?
Are you behind a firewall?
What happens if you switch your browser to incognito or private mode?
Have you tried clearing your browser caches? Also, I would suggest you to try on a different browser and let me know if that solves the issue.

I tried everything, but it's still very slow.

1. I connected to a different network, but nothing changed.

2. I turned off the firewall, but nothing happened.

3. I tried using chrome in private mode, but nothing happened.

4. I cleaned the entire browser cache. Also tried using a different browser, but nothing happened.

When I start downloading it says around 10 to 15 minutes to finish, but then it gets slower and slower and the download stops.
