Tasa de cancelación adobe stock

Hola, buenas tardes, tengo un problema y es que llevo semanas intentando cancelar la suscripcion de adobe stock, pero desde el día uno me quiere cobrar una tasa de cancelacion la cual se me hace injusto, ya que lei que si la cancelabas desde antes de los 15 días no se me iba cobrar y ahora se me quiere coibrar si o si la tasa de cancelación, aparte no me puedo comunicar con ADOBE por que su telefono no sirve y su asistente virtual no me da información de ellos.

    When you use the Chat Icon, type "Agent" to reach a real, live person to discuss this with. If you attempted to cancel your free trial subscription before it expired, there should be no cancellation fee.

    A subscription can be cancelled without a fee during the first 15 days of the paid subscription. This is not true for subscription renewals.
